ICSP Timeline and Update

Charlottetown hired Stantec Consulting Ltd. In the summer of 2009 to design the ICSP process. The ICSP was completed in the winter of 2009. Council adopted the plan in January 2010 and in July 2010 Mayor Clifford Lee created a new standing committee of council to oversee its implementation.

In September 2010, Laura MacPherson -- a woman with years of experience working in the field of sustainable development and planning -- was hired as the City’s Sustainability Coordinator.
