The City of Charlottetown is once again hosting its Newcomer Orientations this Fall, to welcome and to provide information to newcomers on the City and the departments within City Hall.
The orientations will feature information from five different departments at City Hall: Human Resources, Police, Fire, Planning, and Parks & Recreation. There will also be appetizers/beverages, and a tour of the Charlottetown Fire Department, Station 1. This is a great opportunity for newcomers to learn more about City Hall and ask any questions they may have.
There will be two opportunities for newcomers to attend these sessions. Both sessions will be the exact same, so please only register for one:
- Wednesday, October 18, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 22, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
Registration is available at: https://citycharlottetown.wufoo.eu/forms/zr6o75s1bgte4q/
The Newcomer Orientation Sessions are free and open to newcomers who have recently moved to Charlottetown. Children are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Pre-registration is required and can be completed online at the link above.
