Charlottetown City Council will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 29 at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall (199 Queen Street) to hear comments on the following:
- 213 Belvedere Avenue (PID# 395053)
Amend Appendix "A" – Future Land Use Map of the Official Plan from Low Density Residential to Commercial and Appendix "H" – Zoning Map of the Zoning & Development Bylaw from the Low Density Residential (R-2) Zone to the Business Office Commercial (C-1) Zone in order to rezone the property at 213 Belvedere Avenue (PID# 395053). A home occupation currently operates from the dwelling however the rezoning will allow for the entire building to be used as office space.
Anyone wishing to view the proposed amendments may do so at the Planning and Heritage Department, 233 Queen Street, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. The proposed amendments are also on the City’s website at ww.charlottetown.ca. Please have any written comments submitted to the Planning Department by 5 p.m., Tuesday, November 30, 2017.
